Despite what you might think, Mike loves eighth-graders, and thinks they're only slightly cooler than you. Jason Peoples also joins us as we discuss the mission trip, guitar effects, Elvis, and the history of Rock n' Roll.

Mike, Matt, and former radio personality Thomas Mabie went to a special midnight showing of X3: The Last Stand when it opened last weekend. Mike and Thomas are both comic book geeks, but come at the genre from two different perspectives--and Matt just knows a bad film when he sees one, regardless of its comic bookiness. John Moore comes all the way from North Carolina to join us for a talk about worship. As a worship pastor, he sheds some light on what worship is, the role of music in the church, and what it means (and doesn't mean) to be emotionally involved with God. Chris and Other Mike (alpha-Mike) join us as we discuss some important issues facing Christianity. This week, Matt and Mike are both horribly sick, and are filled with medication beyond all rationality. So we have some fun calling people and going over the Writer's Guild list of the 101 best screenplays of all time.

Grab your Bibles, and a pen! This week, Matt and Mike discuss the often troubling book of Job, Creation/Evolution, and the method for giving CPR to an Elk.

#9: The Judgment

In our longest show to date (sorry about that) we discuss some serious problems facing our nation: segregation in public schools, capital punishment, the justice system, and the Nintendo Revolution. Actually that last one is not a problem of society, but rather the savior of it. Please stick with us until the end--we actually start proposing some solutions to the problems we raise. This week we had a great talk about the armed forces, the war, and what life is like for our troops, all from the perspective of PJ Neyman, who is an experienced combat veteran. You won't want to miss this special episode of The Factor! On the other hand, Chris gets a little too excited and maxes out the microphones occasionally... so ready your ears for that, as you ready your hearts for a stirring tale of life on the front lines!

#2: The Art

Join us with special guest Jason Peoples as we discuss the art of comics and anime. We look at comics such as "Demo," "Local," and "Kabuki," and discuss anime series "Cowboy Bebop," and "Samurai Champloo," among other things. And chicken sandwiches, of course.
